Founder's Bio

Charlotte R. Reid is the founder and CEO of Renee Enterprises, located in Memphis, Tennessee. She has more than 20 years of working knowledge and experience in qualitative/quantitative market research, marketing/advertising, consulting, public relations, communication, project management, and travel. Renee Enterprises was founded in 2002. In addition, she has actively, as of November 9, 2007 started a non-profit organization called CRJ Consulting that provides free professional services to small businesses and individuals that may have financial restraints. As well, partner in Opus Entertainment Group focusing on community events that maintain its goal in giving back for each and every event coordinated. She has a wide variety of experience in all standard research methods, design, implementation, project management, analysis and presentation of results, including, determining findings as an end result. She has worked extensively with business and consumer audiences. Her background and expertise in customer satisfaction has proved to be rewarding through client recognition, return rate, & government contracts.
Reid has designed and conducted qualitative/quantitative research for American Home Shield, Nielson Media, Trugreen, Service Master, Bic, Taco Bell Corp., Harrah’s Entertainment, Long John Silver and many more companies along with managing numerous focus groups, in-depth executive interviews, intercepts, audits, product placements, telephone interviews, mystery shops, and numerous research studies. Also, she has many years of experience in training top notch executive interviewers, independent consultants, and a staff of contract specialists.

Charlotte R. Before starting Renee Enterprises, she held a top management position for a well-known & established market research firm. Prior to her career in market research, marketing/advertising and public relations; she worked in health care at Baptist Memorial Hospital. In addition, she has and is currently working in customer service and in a mentoring position for the betterment of youth and young adults. She is also a certified independent travel agent for Rovia, consultant and vendor for the City of Memphis, resume writer and basic website designer in the local market. In addition, she actively the PR/Advertising Consultant for Biz Girl Magazine and two local book authors in the Memphis market.

Reid has a Bachelor of Science from Belhaven College located in Jackson Mississippi with a major in Business Management. She is also a member of National Association for Female Executives, National Association of Professional Women, Women N Wine and a select few of nationally known professional organizations. She has networked and trained with countless market research companies across the United States and globally and is currently consulting with and training other companies to increase revenue and performance quality. She contracted Renee Enterprises to serve as its Local Memphis Project Manager and Assistant PR Manager for the 2009-2010 Feeding Dreams campaign for General Mills, Inc. On April 29, 2011, she received a Woman of Excellence Award for her business expertise and community involvement from the Tri-State Defender, along with 49 other outstanding professionals. In commitment to her craft and in total agreement with one of the greatest PR gurus in the United States, January 2011, she partnered with Stephanie Alston, founder/CEO of Whidbee Bloom LLC to empower and enhance her gifts and build an impeccable team.
